The house is fully furnished. You only need to bring your suitcase/personal items.


Full-size bed, Mattress, Chest/Dresser, Nightstand, Desk, Chair, Window treatment, Locks on doors (keys provided), Carpet, Neutral paint, Ceiling fan, Closet.


Yes. disinfectant cleaning products for common spaces are provided.


Yes. Each resident is provided a cabinet/pantry shelf to store personal items.


Yes, plenty of space. 


The residents are scheduled to clean common areas weekly.


Yes. Limited parking is available on the driveway. There is also street parking in front of the house.


No, personal pets are not allowed. 


The lease agreement holds you accountable for any damages caused to the property/appliances. If your guests cause damage, you are responsible for them. 


Yes. Trash pick-up is on Mondays. Place your sealed trash in the trash collection bins outside.


Yes, there is a small, common space to store items like suitcases.
