Is there a deposit?
Yes, there is a deposit. It is equal to one month's rent.
Are there rooms with an attached bathroom?
Yes. There is 1 room with a private bathroom inside.
Do I have to pay for utilities?
No. All utilities are included in the rent.
Can I have a roommate?
There is 1 room large enough to have a roommate.
Do I need furniture?
The house is fully furnished. You only need to bring your suitcase/personal items.
What is included in the rooms?
Full-size bed, Mattress, Chest/Dresser, Nightstand, Desk, Chair, Window treatment, Locks on doors (keys provided), Carpet, Neutral paint, Ceiling fan, Closet.
Are cleaning products provided?
Yes. disinfectant cleaning products for common spaces are provided.
Is there storage space for personal items in the kitchen?
Yes. Each resident is provided a cabinet/pantry shelf to store personal items.
Is there enough refrigerator space?
Yes, residents have a designated space in the refrigerator.
How is the house cleaning maintained?
The residents are scheduled to clean common areas weekly.
I have a vehicle, is there parking?
Yes. Limited parking is available on the driveway. There is also street parking in front of the house.
Are personal pets allowed?
No, personal pets are not allowed.
Why am I liable if my guest breaks something?
The lease agreement holds you accountable for any damages caused to the property/appliances. If your guests cause damage, you are responsible for them.
Is there trash pick-up?
Yes. Trash pick-up is on Mondays. Place your sealed trash in the trash collection bins outside.
Is there a storage space?
Yes, there is a small, common space to store items like suitcases.
